I was encouraged by friends to start a blog. I don't know if you guys will find my "confessions" funny or not but be easy on me. I'm JUST a mom.
Confessions from a lazy housewife
I don't like to make my bed. In fact, I avoid it at all cost. However, I insists that it be made before I get in it at night. So my nightly routine is the hubby and I heading off to bed and me stopping off at the bathroom to get ready for bed while leaving him to tackle the dreadful task all by himself. The other day I had the kids make our bed as part of their afternoon chores. A few days later the hubby and I were on our way to bed when I made some joke about making the bed. He smiled and said "oh but the other day you made the bed without my help and I was so proud of you!" I gave an awkward laugh and then confessed that I had made the kids do it.
